Miquel A. Wickles (Kulis)

Miquel A. (Kulis) Wickles, 50, of Hatfield passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Miquel was born in Brattleboro, Vermont on August 23, 1974, the daughter of Jane (Fisher) and the late Michael Kulis. She was raised in Easthampton and attended local schools, graduating from Easthampton High School. Miquel was employed as the office manager at Dave Wickles Trucking Company in Hatfield for the past 22 years. Her family was the most important thing in Miquel’s life. She was a wonderful, loving, and devoted mother to her two children. Miquel enjoyed driving her children all around to their many events and activities. Miquel loved being a mom, she loved animals and enjoyed taking care of the family's three dogs. Miquel will be greatly missed by her loving husband David Wickles Jr., her daughter Avonna Wickles, and her son David Wickles III all of Hatfield, her mother Jane Kulis of Easthampton, her sisters Penny Ela, Jane Coulter, Joan Buck, and Pam Emond. Miquel was predeceased by her father Michael Kulis. All services for Miquel will be private. Donations in Miquel’s memory may be made to Dakin Humane Society, 171 Union Street, Springfield MA 01105.
