Margaret M. (Gonyer) Rousseau

Peggy (Margaret Gonyer) Rousseau, 91, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Springfield, MA to the late Eugene and Margaret (Griffin) Gonyer.
Peggy was employed as a currier at both 3M Photo Finishing and Associated Dental Laboratory.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Arthur S. Rousseau in 1993 and her siblings, Eugene Jr., Janette Robitaille, Barbara Barton.
Peggy is survived by her children, Denise Rousseau of Chicopee, Michele and her husband Kevin Bowler of Westfield and Richard Rousseau of Belchertown. She leaves behind her cherished 5 grandchildren, Patrick Bowler, Liam and his wife Jessica Bowler, Lucien and his wife Ashley Rousseau, Wyatt and his wife Erica and twin great grandsons Nolan and Beau Rousseau and her only granddaughter Elise Rousseau.
Peggy leaves the loving and dedicated caretakers and staff at Day Brook Village Memory Care Unit in Holyoke MA and the Pioneer Valley Hospice and Palliative Care of Greenfield MA. Each and every one of you is an Angel in disguise. Without your love and guidance, we would not have been able to get through this difficult time.
To honor Peggy's wishes her services will be private.
