Linda Netto (Kelley) of Northampton MA, passed from this earth on August 3, 2026, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Linda was born on June 26, 1946. She endured a 6-year debilitating illness and has been sent to her well-deserved eternal rest. Following an extended struggle with an autoimmune disease, Linda passed away, leaving a legacy of her compassionate nature and creative spirit.

Linda leaves her beloved husband Michael of 60 years, her sons, David Netto and his wife Carlye, Matthew Netto, and Victoria and her husband Andrew Tilbe. She also leaves her grandchildren Chase Netto, Claire Netto, Owen and Emmitt Tilbe. Linda was known for her heartfelt, handmade greeting cards, which she lovingly crafted for birthdays and seasonal occasions. Her artistry and affection touched the hearts of many, and her thoughtful gestures and small gifts will be dearly missed.

As the matriarch of her family, Linda left a profound impact on those who knew her. She was the only child of Edward and Dorothy Kelley and was affectionately known as Nonni and Grammie, her presence was a source of strength and comfort for her loved ones.

Linda graduated from Elms College, Magnum Cum Laude, which she dearly loved. She worked as a registered nurse in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and California. She served as director of two nursing homes, Linda Manor and Rockridge, and she worked as a nurse manager for Baystate Health. She also worked for Lathrop Community. She was fearless in advocating for her patients and ensuring they received the best possible care. Her greatest passion was caring for the elderly, and she approached her work with dedication, compassion, and a positive spirit. Linda was also mentioned in a book by Tracy Kidder, Best Friends.

Linda's legacy of kindness, creativity, and unwavering love will continue to inspire and guide her family and friends. The family will receive friends at AHEARN FUNERAL HOME, 783 Bridge Rd., Northampton on Wednesday Aug. 12, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. A private burial will follow in St. Mary's cemetery, Northampton.
