Joyce M. (Shea) Dennison

Joyce Margaret (Shea) Dennison, age 65, of Evans, GA, peacefully passed away on November 12, 2022, in her home from natural causes.
Joyce Dennison was born on April 14, 1957, in Hidalgo, Texas to her parents Bernard Earl Shea and Elizabeth Mary (Joyce) Shea. She graduated from Fort Fairfield High School in Maine. She was married to her husband, Joseph Cummings Dennison, for 27 years. Joyce retired as a Program Management Analyst from the Department of Homeland Security in 2017. She loved spending time with her family, traveling, and collecting teddy bears.
Joyce is survived by her two children, Michael Ryan Norris, and Heather Rose (Norris) White; their spouses, Michele Rose Norris and William Lee White; seven grandchildren, Milayna Norris, Mason Norris, Miranda Norris, Roxann Norah White, Delilah Rose White, Wade Norris White, and Chloe Theresa White; siblings Dr. Bernard Shea married to Kathleen Shea, Paul Shea married to Deborah Shea, Kathy (Shea) Spearman married to James Spearman and Marybeth (Shea) Moore married to Christopher Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Shea and Elizabeth Shea; sister, Margaret (Shea) Hyatt; and husband, Joseph Dennison.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 2nd at 10AM in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, 99 King St., (Please meet directly at church) with Rites of Committal and burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, St. Thomas Section, 235 N. Elm St., both in Northampton.
There are no visiting hours.
