Glenn A. Eastman, 61, of Florence, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Glenn was born in Northampton on September 14, 1962, the son of Wayne and Alice (Holderith) Eastman. He was raised in Leeds and attended local schools, graduating from Smith Vocational in 1981. Glenn worked as a machinist for many years, ending his career as a maintenance supervisor at National Nonwovens in Easthampton. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and overall outdoorsman. He enjoyed dirt bikes in his youth, as well as listening to Rock music and making music on his own guitars with his friends. Glenn was sadly predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Zetta (McCormick) Eastman, his daughters: Kyley (Eastman) LeBeau and her husband Tyler; Amber (McCormick) Wheeler and her husband Chad; and Steffany LaValley; his brothers: Wayne (Kathy) Eastman, and Dave (Debra) Eastman, and his four grandchildren: Zackary, Zoey, Tucker, and Myles; brother in laws: John (Susie) McCormick, Thomas (Laura) McCormick; sister in laws: Darleen (Russell) Ellsworth, Brenda (Herminio) Vega, and many nieces and nephews. CALLING HOURS FOR GLENN WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, FROM 1-4 PM AT THE AHEARN FUNERAL HOME, 783 BRIDGE RD., NORTHAMPTON. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING. In lieu of flowers, donations in Glenn’s memory can be made to the MA Fisherman Wildlife Fund.
