WORTHINGTON - Cindy R. Dubchak, 66, of Witt Hill Road in Worthington passed away on Wednesday morning after a brief illness. Cindy was born in Holyoke, the daughter of Walter and Frances "Anne" (Truszkowski) Dubchak. She grew up in Holyoke and attended local schools. Cindy worked for many years as a Maintainer at UMass Amherst. She had previously worked as the Office Manager for Westfield Sand & Gravel. Cindy was sadley predeceased by her beloved partner of 27 years just 2 short months ago, Christopher R. Patterson "Outback Pat" of Worthington with whom she made her home. Cindy was also predeceased by her brother-in-law, Joe Zakrzewski. Cindy and Chris loved the outdoors and were inseparable for many adventures. She loved hunting, fishing, camping or quadding with friends for annual events and hunting season. Cindy was a longtime member of the Chesterfield 4 Seasons Club in Chesterfield. She leaves her dear sisters; Diane Zakrzewski of Chicopee, Robin Baj and her husband Henry of Hadley, Kathy Dubchak of South Hadley and many nieces and nephews.
The calling hours at AHEARN FUNERAL HOME, 783 Bridge Road, Northampton will be Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Funeral Services will be Thursday morning at Ahearn Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. with burial to follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Mayher Street, Easthampton.
